Booking & Payment

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. We also offer a generous discount if you choose to pay in full upfront.

Is there a travel fee?

No, we do not charge travel fees. We maintain local teams in your area, so travel is already included.

What is your most popular package?

Our most frequently booked package is the 8-hour coverage package.

Can the hours in our package be split across different times?

No. All booked hours must be used consecutively on the same day. This is standard industry practice.

Wedding Day Logistics

What time will you arrive on the wedding day?

We arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled start time to unload and set up. This setup time does not count toward your booked coverage hours.

Photography & Videography Details

Can we provide a shot list?

Absolutely! We welcome and encourage you to send us a shot list in advance so we can review it and incorporate your vision.

Do you provide lighting equipment?

Yes. We bring professional lighting gear and use it when needed—especially during receptions or in low-light conditions. Our priority is always to capture beautiful natural light first.

Do you carry backup equipment?

Yes. We always bring backup cameras and essential equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly without interruption.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Engagement Sessions

How long does an engagement session last?

Engagement sessions are one hour long and can include multiple locations within that timeframe.

Video Production & Delivery

Will you capture audio for the film?

Yes. We use high-quality wireless microphones to capture clear audio. We typically mic the groom or officiant and set up two backup audio sources for full redundancy.

Who selects the music for the wedding film?

After booking, you’ll receive a wedding film questionnaire where you can share your music preferences and style. We then select cinematic music that best complements the emotion and feel of your day.

Is drone footage included?

Yes, drone footage is included in our larger packages. Our licensed drone pilots capture stunning aerial shots of your venue (weather, FAA regulations, and timing permitting). Note: Drones are not flown during the ceremony itself.

Can we receive the raw footage from our wedding?

Yes! We provide complimentary access to all raw, unedited footage via a secure link for you to view and download.

How will our wedding film be delivered?

All films are delivered digitally. You’ll receive a secure download link as well as a shareable dropbox link.

What is the turnaround time for editing?

Our standard turnaround time is 30–90 days from your wedding date. Most films are completed within 30–60 days, though peak season may extend this slightly. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.

How long is the highlight film?

Highlight films are typically edited to the length of one song (around 3–5 minutes), though we may extend it when the footage and storytelling justify it.

What is included in the extended edit?

The extended edit provides full coverage of the most important moments, including pre-ceremony preparations, the complete ceremony, and major reception highlights (entrances, dances, speeches, etc.).

How long is the extended edit?

Extended films generally run between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the footage captured. We always include your full ceremony, reception entrances, first dances, and speeches.
